About Hostel
Whether you’re heading to St. Petersburg for the high culture of its world-famous museums and theatres, the great literary heritage, the romance of the White Nights or in search of the Soviet past, be sure to regret you haven’t planned to stay another couple of days longer – an exploration of the city’s treasures may take weeks and still leave you with a feeling of just merely scratching the surface.
The Hostel “Na Sadovoy” is a new project. Located in one of the oldest neighbourhoods of central St. Petersburg, the hostel is within walking distance of many great architectural and cultural landmarks – the Theatre Square with its famed Mariinsky Theatre and the Conservatory; the area where characters from Dostoyevsky’s novels lived; the historical St. Nicholas church and market; the bustling Hay Market square (Sennaya Ploshad).
The area, historically known as Kolomna, is loved by the locals for its maze of canals, local pubs and shot bars with that distinctive old-city character, marketplaces with great bargains and abundance of regional and exotic produce.
The central location and affordable prices make the hostel “Na Sadovoy” a great choice for budget travellers of all ages. We offer accommodation from dormitories to private rooms with both shared bath and en-suite.
Our friendly English-speaking staff will be happy to assist you with travel practicalities – a visa support or an airport transfer can be easily arranged, as well as walking tours of St. Petersburg or train / bus tickets and accommodation in one of the Moscow or Novgorod hostels.
We do our best to make your stay in St. Petersburg enjoyable and memorable!
